The California Health Care Safety Net Institute (SNI) in partnership with the California Improvement Network (CIN) is offering a one-day training session on basic quality improvement concepts: Model for Improvement, PDSA cycle, data collection, and using run charts and flow charts. The intended audience is medical group/IPA and clinic staff involved in quality improvement.

The California Improvement Network (CIN) is a partnership between the California HealthCare Foundation (CHCF) and selected improvement programs across the state, including the California Health Care Safety Net Institute (SNI), that introduce and support changes in multiple clinician practices involving large numbers of providers. CIN partners are committed to measurement, accountability, and active collaboration to improve chronic disease care.
