Cynosure Health: Excel 2003 Beyond the Basics

Description:

Do you have more data than you can handle? Do you have more questions than you are able to answer with basic formulas and graphs? This is your opportunity to learn how to use Excel to stratify your quality data and analyze relationships between multiple variables. Join us for a day using Excel 2003 for "Beyond the Basics" training at Unitek College in Fremont. You will learn how to analyze data using Pivot tables, use more advanced formulas and datasheet management techniques. Class size is limited so we encourage you to sign up early!

The class will meet on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 from 9:00am - 3:30pm. Registration and coffee begins at 8:30am. Beverages, snacks and a catered lunch will be provided.

Registration fee is $95 for "In Network" Bay Area hospitals/$145 for "Out of Network" non-Bay Area hospitals and includes: a full day of programming, lunch and flash drives to take home saved work.

Class Objectives:

  • Know datasheet design and tips
  • Learn how to analyze and display data using Pivot tables and graphs
  • Use functions/formulas beyond averages (e.g., IF, MIN, MAX, STDEV, ROUND)
  • Understand how Excel handles time
