This workshop is part of the Spreading Palliative Care in California Public Hospitals Initiative, funded by the California HealthCare Foundation. The attendance is free to the initiative members.
By the conclusion of this workshop, participants will:
- Deepen their self-reflection on the personal and cultural challenges of providing end-of-life care
- Enhance their understanding of health disparities (dimensions and causes) in end-of-life care
- Enrich their set of tools and strategies for effective, culturally responsive interventions
- Deepen their self-reflection on self-care strategies and personal wellbeing
