SNI offers California public hospital systems needed support to develop innovative strategies, share best practices, and obtain expertise and peer support that enable them to better manage and coordinate patient care. Many of these opportunities are available through workshops and conferences by various leaders in their respective areas, such as the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, Kaiser Permanente, SNI's own program initiatives, or CAPH member-led convenings.
