| University Health Care Learning Days Materials: January 29-30,

SNI traveled
to Utah to attend the “Learning Days" of
the University of Utah’s University Health Care (UHC) network of
outpatient clinics. UHC offers these Learning Days every two months to promote their
success and share lessons learned. The University of Utah operates
a hospital in Salt Lake City and 10 clinics around the wider Salt Lake Valley area. It was a great opportunity to see
a delivery system that is much like most CAPH systems, where they have made great progress
in developing what they call their “Patient-Centered, Physician-Efficient Visit.” Below
